This practice is one to bring vitality back in the body. We start with breath and move into techniques that allow the muscles to relax and lengthen.The practice begins with floor routine creates space across chest, collar bones, and neck. Slowly the sequencing works into finding length in hamstrings, quadriceps and the side bodies. And as with all practices I create, breath is the heart beat of the entire practice.
