This practice starts with a pause to settle into the physical and Pranic body. We work in Nadi Shodana which is a channel clearing breath. This allows us to clear any blockages from the left to right hemispheres of the brain. The flow that sequences after the Prana practice allows us to settle into peaceful ease. Look forward to lower back relief, myofasical release and general relief in the physical and breath body.
