Again we begin on the floor with a grounding sequence that allows the physical body to feel rooted and settled. We work into backbends to create fluidity in the spinal column, as well as an opening across the chest and neck. Nice long holds and beautiful short standing routine to find eqaulibrium in the balancing of our practice.
