This yoga class is an hour and fifteen minutes long. This is an all levels yoga class targeting tight hips, tight glutes, hamstrings and neck. This is the perfect practice for athletes needing to release sore muscles. Also it is a beautiful flow for students new to the practice, looking for a gentle way to release into the myofascial lines, and the overall general physical body. Well rounded sequencing, and subtle pace.
